Calmness

A generative art project implemented in JavaScript using the p5.js library.

The project is created in a minimalist style, utilizing simple lines as the building blocks of art. The project creates a generative work of art by randomly generating coloured lines on a canvas using over 4 thousand sets of colours, resulting in a unique visual experience every time the code is run.

Amidst this dance of colours, a central motif emerges – a square adorned with a circle, reminiscent of a tranquil oasis in a desert of pixels. This symbolic square with a circle inside lightly resembles a television test card, evoking a sense of nostalgia for simpler times. The essence of the project lies not merely in its aesthetic appeal but in the emotions it invokes. It serves as a refuge in a world dominated by screens and algorithms, offering solace from the chaos of everyday life. In the tranquil spaces of this digital sanctuary, you can tune out the noise of the world, allowing your mind to relax and find peace amidst the storm.
